Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Some products (personal care items, intimates, customized products) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• For defective/damaged products, we will cover the return shipping.
